  • Do Now- What were the most important turning points during WWII in the Pacific?  Explain. (5 minutes) Turn in Do Now sheets before end of period.
  • Turn in Nuremberg permission forms.
  • Complete the Holocaust story notes page using the Holocaust reading in the packet. (15 minutes)
  • Write the Berlin Post editorial following the instructions in the packet. (15 minutes)
  • Prepare to take notes to complete the Holocaust timeline in your packet. (20 minutes)
  • Before the end of class, you should be able to answer learning targets 8, 9, & 18.

Students worked on President organizers.

As I am sick, there will be no review session tonight.  I will stay after school until 4:00 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (assuming I am healthy) to help anyone with review questions or concerns.  These will not be mandatory sessions.

  • Turn to the Fighting in WWII: Europe page in your packet. Complete using information from pp. 491-496, and 506-511 in your text. (20 minutes)
  • Compare your findings with the animated map
  • Turn to the Fighting in WWII: Pacific page in your packet. Complete using information from pp. 497-501, and 511-513 in your text. (20 minutes)
  • Compare your findings with the animated map
